Voilà j'ai un vieux Solex Oto de 1963.
Il est en bon état mais il ne roule pas. Je pense qu'il n'a pas roulé depuis longtemps.

Je crois que j'ai des problemes avec la pompe à essence (benzinepomp) <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
Je pense qu'elle ne pompe pas l'essence.
Je mets de l'essence dans le carburateur et je roule avec le solex, ca va bien quelques secondes puis ça s'arrete. (je pense que ca s'arrete quand il n'y a plus d'essence dans le carburateur et parce que la pompe à essence ne fonctionne pas).

J'ai 3 pompes à essence mais ca ne va pas.

Il faut faire quelque chose de spécial quand on change la pompe à essence sur le moteur?

Il faut mettre de l'essence dans la pompe avant de démarrer?

Comment est ce que je peux vérifier si ma pompe est bonne?

How is your English ?

If you have a pump you can easily test it using your mouth.
first clean the pump and assemble it ( fit the front plate if it is of a model with a loose front plate.
and fit the screw on top.

Blowing in the inlet should work.
Suckink the inlet should not work
blowing in the outlet should not work
sucking the outlet should work.

Mounting: first the nylon back plate, should have a nice concave surface
then the membrane should be rubbery and flexible.
then the pump.
There are no other packing devices to be mounted.

Must the pump be vertical to be tested with the mouth ?

Is the loose front plate, the cap on the filter?

Must the others holes remain free when testing the pomp with the mouth ?
